Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to relate to individuals at all levels and adapt to corporate needs and public image.
• Knowledge of Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Order processing, and Contact Management systems.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for prospects.
• Telephones prospects to identify contacts, qualify and drive leads.
• Compile lists of prospective customers from various sources.
• Assist in marketing logistics, including quotes and sales contracts.
• Travel throughout territory to call on customers and solicit orders.
• Prepare reports of business transactions and track invoices/expenses.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries.
• Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts.
• Coordinate customer training.
• Adhere to safety requirements and perform related duties.
