Job summary

Formica Corporation in Cincinnati, OH seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive proactive outbound calls, qualify project leads for Field Sales, and build strong customer relationships.

You will track projects in the CRM, determine service and product needs for existing and new customers, and support western regions with a Monday–Friday schedule. Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; LX or ERP knowledge preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred; entrepreneurial energy and strong work ethic.
• Flexible schedule to support western regions, core hours 10 AM–6:30 PM (Mon–Fri).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualify and generate project leads for Field Sales.
• Track projects and leads; maintain accurate CRM updates.
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Assess service and product needs for customers; propose solutions.
• Serve as SPOC to field sales reps in the assigned territory.
