Job summary

United Defense Tactical is seeking a highly motivated inside sales representative to join our on-site sales team in Costa Mesa, CA. You will engage potential customers over the phone, promote services, and drive revenue growth through outbound calls while meeting weekly and monthly targets.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in sales, exceptional verbal communication, strong negotiation skills, and experience with CRM software (High Level).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and close deals.
• Experience using CRM software (e.g., High Level).
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a proactive and energetic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Present, promote our services using solid arguments tailored to customer needs.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with sales managers and the broader team to continuously improve strategy and approach.
• Provide feedback from customers to internal teams for service improvement and product development.
