In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, promoting our services, and driving revenue growth through outbound calls. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proven track record in tele sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Present, promote our services using solid arguments tailored to customer needs.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with sales managers and the broader team to continuously improve strategy and approach.
• Provide feedback from customers to internal teams for service improvement and product development.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and close deals.
• Experience using CRM software (e.g., High Level).
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a proactive and energetic attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
