Job summary

ChartHop, an AI-first people platform, is hiring a Senior Manager, Demand Generation. This role leads a scalable demand engine that fuels growth by coordinating across Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to build integrated campaigns.

You will own paid and owned channels, ABM, website optimization, events, and measurement to drive qualified pipeline and ARR growth in a remote-first, US-based environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated marketing with a proven pipeline impact.
• Experience planning and executing integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.
• Hands-on expertise in paid media, ABM, CRO, campaign management, and marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing channel investments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ChartHop's demand generation strategy to translate revenue objectives into integrated programs.
• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across channels including product launches, thought leadership, customer stories, and industry trends.
• Manage paid and owned channels: Paid Search, Paid Social, Display & Retargeting, Organic Social, Partner Marketing, Sponsorships, Email campaigns, referrals.
• Grow ABM programs to deepen engagement with target accounts and generate opportunities.
• Own the website as a demand engine: landing pages, CRO, A/B testing, user journey improvements.
• Build high-impact events: webinars, roundtables, conferences, customer events.
• Measure, learn, and improve with data-driven optimization and AI-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success to align campaigns with objectives.
