Responsibilities

• Negotiate payment plans for debt settlements.
• Provide excellent customer service with regular follow-ups.
• Send notices informing debtors of requirements.
• Log calls, emails, and letters to track progress.
• Use tracking software to monitor accounts and provide updates.
