Responsibilities

• Process invoices following established accounting procedures.
• Generate and send invoices; maintain billing records.
• Follow up on payments and allocate them.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, mail, or in person.
• Assist in preparation of monthly statements.
• Review AR aging for policy compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
