Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years’ experience within a distribution center or similar environment.
• Must be forklift and pallet jack certified.
• Ability to comply with all safety requirements pertaining to job functions and general Distribution Center safety requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outbound operations and instruct employees on how to perform work.
• Design and maintain organization of truck yard operations, ensuring efficient trailer organization, housekeeping, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Schedule team hours to ensure peak period coverage and optimize productivity.
• Investigate and resolve shipping errors with the team and management to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure proper loading of truck loads and secure receipts for all outbound shipments.
