Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar operations environment.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume operation.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Labor Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple shifts when needed.

• Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations within your assigned functional area.
• Coach, develop, and engage a high-performing team focused on safety and accountability.
• Ensure accurate and timely movement of products and related documentation.
• Drive efficiency by optimizing space and keeping an organized work environment.
• Train and mentor associates on procedures, best practices, and performance expectations.
• Partner with distribution center leadership to coordinate activities across shifts and departments.
• Communicate shipment status and priorities with drivers and internal teams.
• Analyze metrics to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding to build your team.
