Qualifications

• Real experience supervising in a warehouse, DC, or similar hands-on operation.
• A track record of leading people, not just managing tasks.
• Sharp organizational and time-management skills.
• An eye for detail and a commitment to getting it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Run daily warehouse operations — keep receiving, storage, inventory control, quality control, and parts distribution moving safely, accurately, and on schedule
• Supervise, train, coach, and mentor a team of direct reports
• Carry associate feedback and concerns up to management, and carry context and decisions back down — clearly and honestly
• Ensure materials are stored properly and the team follows Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and company compliance requirements
• Schedule repairs and maintenance for warehouse equipment, company vehicles, and forklifts, and help plan ahead for replenishment needs
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance
• Take on other duties as they come up
