Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Outbound Dock Loader at our Fort Payne, AL facility to safely load outbound orders, use RF scanning, and maintain a clean, compliant workspace. This role supports fast-paced distribution operations and requires reliable attendance.

The position offers an evening schedule (Mon-Fri, 5:00pm-1:30am) with starting pay of $21.00 plus monthly incentive bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement savings with company match, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• High attention to detail.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a dock stocker load outbound customer orders.
• Use technology like RF to pick, sort, scan, and ship orders.
• Wrap, sort, load and transport pallets and packages.
• Performs general warehouse duties facilitating the flow of goods.
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
• Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
