Job summary

Massey Services, Inc. is seeking a qualified customer service representative based in the United States. The role involves handling incoming calls, resolving inquiries, scheduling services, and supporting accounts payable and payroll tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a courteous and professional manner; resolve inquiries, billing questions, scheduling service, and welcome prospective customers.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to confirm appointments and collect overdue payments.
• May handle daily reporting; update customer accounts; accounts payable; HR paperwork; payroll processing as needed.

Job responsibilities

• Answering incoming customer calls in a courteous & professional manner; resolving customer inquiries, requests, billing questions, and scheduling service; as well as welcoming prospective new customers interested in learning about our services.
• There is also a high volume of outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction, confirm service appointments, and collect overdue payments.
• Additional responsibilities may expand to include daily reporting; updating customer account information; accounts payable; human resource paperwork; payroll processing; etc.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED at a minimum
• Previous experience with customer service on the phone
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent computer, typing, and 10-key skills
• Time management talent and a sense of urgency
