Innovation Associates, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth through outbound prospecting and sales-team support. You will qualify leads, book qualified meetings, and help manage CRM data and reports.

The role bridges Sales, Marketing, and Operations, requiring collaboration, KPI focus, and strong communication. Base salary range is $65,000–$85,000 with commissions and comprehensive benefits at iA.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Support roles.
• Experience prospecting in pharmacy automation/healthcare with preferred skills in selling to Senior Director/C-level buyers.
• Maintaining a detailed, robust sales pipeline across commercial, health system, and government customers.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively cold call, email, and engage prospective customers to generate interest and book meetings.
• Own pre-booking for tradeshow/event appointments and follow-ups on leads.
• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers to expand outreach.
• Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence using multiple channels (phone, email, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn).
• Ensure smooth handoff to the sales team with lead qualification and CRM updates.
• Prepare sales collateral and materials for meetings and outreach.
