Salesforce in New York is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Sales Development Organization, the engine behind new business growth. You will partner with outbound sales teams, drive pipeline through strategic prospecting, and launch a high-impact sales career at the leading AI CRM.

You'll generate pipeline, identify decision makers, nurture inbound leads, and participate in a comprehensive training program to build foundational skills for a long-term sales career.

Formación

• Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and account research across a mix of new and existing accounts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage decision makers at multiple levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding goals and metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold calling across existing Salesforce customers and net-new logos.
• Partner with account teams to identify and source pipeline by researching lines of business, personas, and key decision makers.
• Manage and nurture inbound leads and early-stage opportunities driven by outbound efforts.
• Participate in an intensive sales training program designed to build the foundational skills needed for a long-term career in sales.
