Job summary

Protex AI, a site intelligence company, is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR). This hybrid role requires onsite presence in Dublin or Boston two days per week, building a scalable outbound pipeline and representing the brand to target industrial clients.

You will work with Sales and Marketing to run outbound campaigns, engage safety and operations leaders, and book qualified meetings for Account Executives, with strongest BDRs progressing to senior sales roles as the company

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential companies in manufacturing and production sectors.
• Develop and run outbound prospecting campaigns with Sales and Marketing.
• Engage safety and operations decision-makers by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Book qualified introductory meetings for Account Executives and support early sales stages.
• Manage and qualify inbound requests and keep CRM up to date.
• Meet and exceed quarterly meeting and opportunity targets.
• Represent Protex AI at Health and Safety conferences and events.
