Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume outbound calling environments.

Responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls per day to generate and convert leads.
• Schedule service, maintenance, and inspection appointments.
• Follow up on quotes and recalls to secure bookings.
• Capture accurate customer information and documentation.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service in every interaction.
• Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and service teams to ensure lead handoff.
