Sanborn's Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking an energetic, confident, and sales-driven HVAC Call Center / Customer Service Representative to generate new business by contacting residential and commercial customers. The role focuses on identifying HVAC needs, creating interest in services, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales and service teams.

You will engage in high-volume outbound calling, promote a full range of HVAC, plumbing and electrical services, and work toward daily

Aufgaben

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers.
• Introduce Sanborn's HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical services professionally and confidently.
• Identify opportunities for HVAC replacements, tune-ups, repairs, maintenance, and indoor air quality services.
• Ask qualifying questions to determine the customer's needs.
• Schedule qualified appointments for technicians or Comfort Advisors.
• Follow up with previous estimates, unsold proposals, maintenance customers, and past leads.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call notes.
• Meet daily and monthly call, appointment, and sales goals.
• Handle objections and turn 'no' into an opportunity whenever possible.
• Provide an excellent customer experience from the first call.

The goal is to identify homeowners and businesses with HVAC needs, create interest in our services, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce Sanborn's HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical services professionally and confidently.

Compensation

• $18-$20 per hour + Aggressive Commission & Bonuses
• Unlimited earning potential for high performers.
