You will review customer details, overcome scheduling objections, and ensure a high standard of customer experience while coordinating with field teams across the region.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and familiarity with web-based programs.
• Proficient at typing while speaking with customers and multitasking.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptable to new situations and quick to learn.
• Flexible in a dynamic environment.
• Decisive while balancing guidelines and customer needs.
• Dependable, motivated and flexible.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to customer leads and schedule in-home consultations.
• Review customer data for accuracy and confirm availability.
• Overcome scheduling objections and secure appointments.
• De-escalate calls and provide satisfactory resolutions.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and exceed expectations.
• Adhere to schedules, maintain service quality and satisfaction.
• Promote teamwork and reliability within the group.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
