Schweitzer is seeking a Seasonal Runner to deliver food to guests, unload carts, and buss tables at Schweitzer Mountain Resort. This role supports a friendly, fast-paced dining team in a mountain environment.

You will greet guests, maintain clean dining and service areas, and work with teammates in a lively resort setting. This seasonal position offers tips and potential housing options for eligible staff.

Position Summary

Runner responsible for delivering food to guests, unloading cat, and bussing tables.

Essential Functions And Major Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions.
• Keep the cashier station and surrounding areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies and inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Outback by bussing tables, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat, and energetic attitude toward guests and coworkers. Work as part of the team by assisting, communicating, and proactivity troubleshooting problems.
• Keeps fire pit going.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Shovel snow
• Other duties as assigned

Specific Job Skills

License/Certifications - Idaho Food Safety Certification and Idaho State Police Alcohol Beverage Certificate (training provided).

Technical - Computer skills

Physical Capabilities - Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Will lift up to 25lbs frequently, up to 50lbs occasionally and up to 100lbs with assistance.

Additional - Exposed to fumes, odors, mechanical and burn hazards.

Education/Related Experience

Minimum education required - English reading, writing and communication, basic math
