Schweitzer in Idaho's Selkirk Mountains is hiring seasonal staff to deliver food to guests, buss and maintain dining areas while upholding a welcoming, energetic service standard.

You will greet guests, keep stations tidy, and work as part of a team to ensure smooth service. Perks include housing, healthcare options, and retirement benefits, with age minimum of 14+. E-Verify participation applies.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: English reading, writing and communication, basic math.
• License/Certifications: Idaho Food Safety Certification and Idaho State Police Alcohol Beverage Certificate (training provided).
• Technical: Computer skills.
• Physical: Stand/walk up to 8 hours, lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions.
• Keep cashier station and surrounding areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness of the venue by bussing tables and cleaning bathrooms.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude toward guests and coworkers.
• Work as part of the team by assisting and communicating to troubleshoot problems.
• Keep fire pit going.
• Shovel snow as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Runner responsible for delivering food to guests, unloading cat, and bussing tables.

Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions.
• Keep the cashier station and surrounding areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies and inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Outback by bussing tables, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat, and energetic attitude toward guests and coworkers.
• Work as part of the team by assisting, communicating, and proactivity troubleshooting problems.
• Keeps fire pit going.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Shovel snow
• Other duties as assigned

Specific Job Skills

• License/Certifications - Idaho Food Safety Certification and Idaho State Police Alcohol Beverage Certificate (training provided).
• Technical - Computer skills
• Physical Capabilities - Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Will lift up to 25lbs frequently, up to 50lbs occasionally and up to 100lbs with assistance.
• Additional - Exposed to fumes, odors, mechanical and burn hazards.
