Job summary

Sonic Systems International is seeking a Work Hour Rule Clerk for seasonal assignments in Charlotte, NC. The role travels to nuclear power plants February–May and September–November to manage the Fatigue Management program for site personnel.

The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma (associates preferred) and show strong procedural compliance. Must pass drug and alcohol tests and have a valid driver's license; work authorization for non-US citizens may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Nuclear industry experience preferred.
• Clean background with no outstanding or pending legal charges.
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol tests at time of hire and random testing.
• Valid Driver’s License with no pending charges.
• Non-US Citizens must hold work visa or green card.

Responsibilities

• Travel to plant sites to oversee Fatigue Management.
• Load schedules into tracking software.
• Ensure schedules meet Fatigue Management Rules.
• Run and print daily reports for the Fatigue Management team.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and site personnel.
• Enter schedules and work-hours in Fatigue Management system as directed.
• Support and receive directions from the Fatigue Management Administrator.
• Assist with end of outage reporting.
