Job summary

Sonic Systems International in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Work Hour Rule Admin to support outage operations. The WHR Clerk travels to nuclear plant sites to manage fatigue management for personnel and collaborates with the Fatigue Management Administrator and project managers.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or higher, nuclear industry experience preferred, and are able to load schedules into tracking software, generate reports, and ensure compliance with Fatigue Rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Nuclear industry experience preferred.
• Clean background with no outstanding or pending legal charges.
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test at time of hire and at random.
• Valid Driver’s License with no pending charges.
• Non-US Citizen must hold current work visa or green card.
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs.
• Adept in procedural compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Fatigue Management program for site personnel during outages.
• Load schedules for individuals into the site's tracking software.
• Run scheduled and ad hoc reports for outage teams and customers.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Fatigue Management Administrator to ensure compliance with Fatigue Rules.
• Remain available to site personnel during scheduled outage hours.
