Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a long-term hands-on operations analyst role or dispatch (911/utilities) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large subsets of data from multiple information sources and develop action plans.
• Provide strong customer service support to internal and external clients.
• Perform callouts in ARCOS for service restoration, emergencies, planned overtime, and fill-shifts.
• Work rotating shift schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
