The role requires strong organizational skills, leadership across internal teams and partners, and a track record of process improvements in a telecom or capital project setting. Eligible for travel up to 15%, with a US base salary and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Telecommunications or related field.
• 5 years of leadership experience in telecom, consulting, oil & gas, or capital projects.
• Experience building and managing complex schedules, contracts, invoicing, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, procurement, and vendor negotiation.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end programs and cross-functional processes across engineering, operations, construction, budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
• Lead post-mortem investigations and root-cause analysis to drive improvements and reduce outages.
• Audit outage tickets for data integrity and align across teams.
• Oversee program initiatives, track milestones, budgets, and report status to stakeholders.
• Manage Defcon protocols and ensure policy compliance during outages.
