Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Service Manager – VG Dedicated to lead outage execution and service delivery for Venture Global projects. You will coordinate crews, manage resources, and ensure safe, on-time completion with high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in functional management, with rotating equipment experience and strong program planning skills. A flexible, results-driven leader is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of Functional Management experience.
• Experience with rotating equipment.
• Ability to document, plan, market and execute programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee work with Venture Global; plan jobs and instruct crews.
• Direct activities of service operators; evaluate performance and train staff.
• Ensure on-time outage delivery with safety and quality.
• Maintain customer relationships through site visits and post-outage reviews.
• Oversee outage scoping, scheduling, cost management and execution.
• Communicate status updates and resolve issues promptly.
• Review JCEs, track costs and conduct outage reconciliations.
• Implement lessons learned and FMEA improvements post-outage.
• Prepare and maintain all execution documentation (SQCPs, procedures, reports).
• Utilize Primavera P6, MS Project, FAP and Oracle Field Services for planning.
