Job summary

Baker Hughes Holdings LLC is seeking a Service Manager - VG Dedicated to drive outage execution and deliver best-in-class service for Venture Global. You will plan, coordinate, and lead field teams, optimize resources, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout outages.

Responsibilities include cost tracking, JCE reviews, site visits, and post-outage debriefs. Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and related field tools is valued as part of a comprehensive operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Functional Management.
• Experience working with rotating equipment.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Assure flawless outage execution with top safety and quality.
• Ensure on-time outage delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through site visits.
• Manage outage execution activities including planned, emergent, and upgrades.
• Coordinate resource selection including FSEs, contractors, tooling, logistics.
• Review JCEs, track outage costs, and conduct reconciliations.
• Provide post-outage reviews and apply lessons learned.
