Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee outage execution ensuring safety and quality.
• Deliver on-time outage delivery and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain customer relationships through site visits and post-outage reviews.
• Manage outage scope, scheduling, cost, and productivity.
• Review JCEs, track costs, and lead pre/post-outage meetings.
• Implement lessons learned and FMEA improvements.
• Support site surveys, safety risk assessments, and documentation.
• Present updates to senior leadership and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
