The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in functional management, with rotating equipment experience preferred. Flexible patterns and strong customer focus are valued in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Functional Management.
• Experience with rotating equipment preferred.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Strong problem-solving and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee work with Venture Global customers and teams.
• Plan and instruct crews and equipment for outages.
• Direct field service operators and evaluate performance.
• Manage outage scope, scheduling, cost, and productivity.
• Review JCEs and track outage costs and reconciliations.
• Lead safety and quality during execution and post-outage reviews.
