Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an experienced Nuclear Outage Services Leader at our headquarters in Wilmington, NC. You will oversee the Outage Services P&L, drive profitability, and lead a multidisciplinary team to execute about 24 outages annually across domestic and international sites.

You will define the lifecycle strategy for all outage service lines, engage with customer NDE teams, and participate in ITO/OTR phases to ensure staffing and tooling readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10+ years in nuclear industry or a HS diploma with 15+ years in nuclear industry.
• Minimum 10 years of Nuclear Maintenance Projects experience.
• Minimum 5 years overseeing P&L, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% domestically and internationally.
• Location: Headquarters in Wilmington, NC.
• Ability to obtain unescorted access to Nuclear Plants and export-controlled information.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs/ladders and pass fitness tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of ~24 nuclear outages per year with cost, schedule, and quality oversight.
• Own Outage Services P&L and drive profitability for the field delivery team.
• Direct a large organization (~150 employees, ~12 direct reports).
• Define lifecycle strategy for Outage Services product lines (4 Inspection Services, 4 BWR maintenance lines).
• Oversee commercial inputs during ITO and OTR to ensure accurate proposals and staffing.
• Represent GE Vernova in industry groups (BWRVIP, focus groups) and engage with customer NDE teams.
• Champion productivity improvements and new tooling/technology to stay competitive.
