Qualifications

• Reisebereitschaft bis 70% domestically/internationally.
• Erfahrung in Refuel Floor Outage Wartung oder vergleichbaren Projekten.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact and own Refuel Floor tasks for GVH outage scope.
• Manage Refuel Floor project from ITO through OTR including communications, risk assessment, and forecasting.
• Provide project delivery leadership with transition planning, risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning.
• Lead and coach multi-disciplined teams including GVH and contingent workers.
• Supervise union and non-union personnel on outage maintenance work.
• Support development of commercial proposals with technical input on labor, tooling, and logistics.
• Build relationships with senior customer and supplier management on commercial and compliance issues.
• Support Product Line activities including proposal development, product development, and training delivery.
• Provide SME on reactor maintenance operations and GVH OEM equipment.
• Drive GVH processes across projects and ensure compliance.
• Perform other assignments as needed.
• Support multiple Refueling Outages yearly at domestic and international plants.
