Job summary

GE Vernova in the United States seeks a Senior Refuel Floor Specialist (Project Manager) to lead BWR refuel floor outages and supervise outage maintenance activities. You will own end-to-end delivery from ITO through OTR, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong program management skills, technical SME in reactor maintenance, and the ability to travel up to 70% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering with 8+ years in BWR outage maintenance, or HS diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading Refuel Floor outages, outages management, and project coordination.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for Refuel Floor outage tasks for GVH scope.
• Manage all aspects from ITO through OTR, including risk, finance, and scheduling.
• Provide project delivery planning, transition planning, risk mitigation and contingencies.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams including GVH and contingent workers.
• Supervise union and non-union personnel on outage maintenance activities.
• Support commercial proposals with labor, tooling, and logistics input.
