GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas LLC in Wilmington, NC seeks a Nuclear Outage Services Leader to drive the P&L and oversee the execution of about 24 nuclear outages annually, domestically and internationally. You will lead a large, multi-disciplinary team to deliver safety, schedule discipline, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the nuclear industry with increasing responsibility or 15+ years with HS diploma
• Minimum 10 years of experience with Nuclear Maintenance Projects
• Minimum 5 years overseeing P&L, budgeting and financial performance

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute ~24 legacy/installed base nuclear outages per year with cost, schedule and quality controls
• Own the Outage Services P&L and drive profitability for the Field Services Delivery Team
• Lead and develop a ~150-employee organization including ~12 direct reports
• Define lifecycle strategy for outage service lines (4 Inspection Services and 4 BWR maintenance lines)
• Oversee commercial input during ITO and OTR to ensure proposals, staffing and tooling readiness
• Engage with industry groups and customer NDE teams to maintain relationships and provide leadership
• Champion productivity improvements and new tooling/technology to sustain competitive edge
