Job summary

Zobility is seeking a capable Dispatcher/Operations Center professional to monitor customer calls and outage data, identify locations and causes, and coordinate rapid service restoration. You will dispatch field crews and emergency personnel, perform ARCOS callouts, and manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Strong verbal and written communication, teamwork, and data-driven decision making are essential, as is prior dispatch/operations center experience in utilities or 911 environments.
