Responsibilities

• Receive, interpret, classify, prioritize, and respond to routine and emergency calls quickly.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Utilize internal mapping systems and Google Maps effectively.
• Respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Track field investigators’ locations for safety and awareness.
• Assign calls to investigators based on need and location.
• Monitor status displays while handling inbound calls.
• Maintain accurate status updates for dispatched calls.
• Enter and retrieve data across multiple systems, including CAD platforms.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls regarding utility damage, insurance inquiries, and updates.
• Communicate via phone, email, and SMS to support dispatch operations.
