Qualifications

• Associate degree and 2–4+ years in a technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Notify system events and provide updates via paging and intranet sites.
• Answer status inquiries from internal and external parties about outages and restoration times.
• Document system events and status using OMS/SCADA, CIMS, and related databases.
• Generate and analyze reports on monthly performance metrics and storm data.
