Exelon is seeking an Arranger to optimize the distribution system operations for high voltage networks, ensuring safe, reliable switching and coordination with multiple departments during outages and emergencies.

The role requires strong analytical skills, decision making under pressure, and the ability to work extended hours during storms or energy delivery emergencies while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline with 4–7 years' experience in high voltage electrical equipment planning, design, operation or maintenance.
• Combined 3–5 years experience as Dist Sys Dispatcher II (Operating Dispatcher) and related background.
• Ability to work long hours during storms, emergencies and high workloads.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and analyze system data to assess switching requests for distribution systems (ComEd 12kV/4kV and PECO voltages).
• Develop clearance orders for dispatchers’ daily workload ensuring safe protection zones.
• Review project diagrams and monitor progress of related work.
• Interface with mapping and ensure maps are accurate for projects.
• Develop emergency switching plans based on contingencies and provide guidance to dispatchers.
