Job summary

Carroll Electric Cooperative Corporation is seeking a Night Dispatcher to support after-hours outage operations from the headquarters. You will receive outage and emergency information, dispatch on-call personnel, and serve as a key communication point during outages, alarms, and other urgent events.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in dispatching, utilities, emergency communications is helpful.
• Ability to learn multiple systems and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to outage and emergency calls after hours.
• Contact and dispatch on-call employees for outages and field responses.
• Communicate with members to relay information to responders.
• Monitor outage management, GIS, mapping, and other operational systems.
• Maintain records of calls, dispatch activity, outages, and alarms.
• Coordinate with emergency responders and outside agencies when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
