Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience as specified.
• Experience with school-age children and at least 6–9 months in related roles.
• Strong communication, organizational and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general operations and management of the Out of School Time Site.
• Supervise staff, coach, and model instructional practices.
• Communicate policies and progress with parents/guardians.
• Plan daily schedules and ensure staff ratios and planning time.
• Maintain site inventories, conduct supervision and evaluations.
• Ensure program policies are implemented and records kept.
