Job summary

Community Teamwork in Lowell, MA is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the Out of School Time site operations. You will supervise staff, coach instructional practices, and coordinate with host schools.

The role requires leadership, program management, and strong communication with families and staff. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant experience are preferred. Competitive benefits and a salary in a $52k–$53k range.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer software and data collection systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the needs of children enrolled are met.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff and communicate expectations.
• Maintain program policies, procedures, and child progress updates to families.
• Create staff schedules, maintain ratios, and plan curriculum/prep time.
• Plan activities with the team to meet child and program needs.
• Conduct monthly supervision, coaching, and annual evaluations.
• Hire, promote, and train team members; manage timecard processes.
• Keep records such as progress reports, illness logs, and incident reports.
• Participate in School Age Administrative Team and host school events.
