Somerville Public Schools Community Schools seeks an Out of School Time Site Director for Healey School in Somerville, MA. You will supervise after-school programming, coordinate enrichment activities, and manage day-to-day operations at the school site.

The role requires leadership of staff, adherence to policies, and collaboration with families and administration to deliver high-quality OST services for students in grades K-8.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree relevant to OST preferred
• Experience in teaching and/or administration in OST or community school settings desired
• Ability to supervise and support a team of up to ten staff and partners
• Administrative and organizational skills essential
• Multitasking and coordination of student attendance, tuition, and parent communication

• Supervise OST staff and observe enrichment activities
• Facilitate on-site weekly staff meetings
• Ensure teachers follow homework/project guidelines
• Enroll students and place into activity clubs and homework clubs
• Maintain site budget and submit paperwork timely
• Follow health and safety procedures and build relationships with families
