Responsabilités

• Supervise and coach staff; plan activities and curriculum prep.
• Manage timecards and staff scheduling to maintain ratios.
• Hire, train, and develop Group Leaders; conduct monthly evaluations.
• Maintain confidential records and incident reporting.
• Collaborate with host schools and participate in School Age Administrative Team.
