Clean Harbors in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Regional Class A Dry Van Driver to join our safety‑conscious team. This route travels across the South/Southeast and averages 2,500–2,700 miles per week, with weekly home time.

Drivers earn $95k–$110k annually, with a $7,500 sign‑on bonus. Compensation includes hourly wages for on‑duty non‑driving time and mileage pay, plus comprehensive health benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required.
• HazMat and Tanker endorsements preferred.
• Minimum driving experience to match role.
• Ability to effectively use mobile apps and computer software.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the top priority by following safe work practices and policies.
• Operates tractor trailer units and other vehicles.
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units.
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; secures loads.
• Plugs vehicle in accordance with DOT requirements/regulations.
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports.

Clean Harbors is looking for a Regional Class A Dry Van Driver to join their safety conscious team in Baton Rouge, LA! This route runs from Baton Rouge, LA throughout various locations in the South/Southeast and averages 2500-2700 miles per week.

About The Role

• Drivers average $95-$110K per year

Responsibilities

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Operates tractor trailer units and other vehicles
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads
• Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports

Qualifications

• Class A CDL
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
• Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software
