Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Regional/OTR Class A Dry Van Driver based in Lexington, SC. The role covers routes to IL, NC, KY, OH, NJ, FL, MD, GA with a pay mix of mileage and hourly earnings and a weekly average of 2,600–3,000 miles.

This position offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus, bi-weekly home time, and a compensation package including on-duty time and mileage pay. Health benefits after 30 days and a 401(k) with company matching are included.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the top priority by following safe work practices.
• Operates tractor-trailer units and other vehicles.
• Adheres to weight limits and proper unit utilization.
• Loads/unloads hazardous and non-hazardous waste and secures loads.
• Places placards in accordance with DOT requirements.
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports, and vehicle inspections.

Clean Harbors is looking for a Regional/OTR Class A Dry Van Driver to join their safety conscious team in Lexington, SC! This route runs from f Lexington, SC to IL, NC, KY, OH, NJ, FL, MD, GA.

Would be paid by mileage + hourly, Average weekly miles more that 2600-3000 miles. Domicile - Strictly in Lexington, SC area. Possibly 2 weeks out.

• Drivers average $80-$110K per year
• $7,500 sign-on-bonus available
• Bi-Weekly home time
• Compensation includes hourly wages (all on-duty non-driving time) and mileage pay

Responsibilities

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Operates tractor trailer units and other vehicles
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads
• Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports

Qualifications

• Class A CDL
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
• Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software
