Job summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking a Treatment Center Director/Program Director for MedMark Treatment Centers’ OTP in Illinois. This role leads a diverse team of nurses, counselors and staff while directing daily operations and performance of the clinic to meet regulatory and quality standards.

You will partner with medical leadership, drive census growth, manage budgets and supervise personnel, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to laws and CARF/JCAHO standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an administrator of a clinical program.
• Understanding of HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards & regulations.
• Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel.
• Self-starter, able to work autonomously and generate ideas and benefits for the Company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation & performance of the OTP clinic.
• Manage OTP clinic operations to budgeted/planned results.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training clinic staff.
• Evaluate, counsel and terminate subordinate personnel as needed.
• Provide direction to clinic personnel and relay corporate mandates to field staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA etc.
