Job summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking a Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead our Opiate Treatment Program. You will supervise nurses, counselors and support staff while managing daily operations and ensuring high-quality patient care.

This role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, budget oversight and a focus on census growth. You will partner with Medical Director and QA/QI teams to drive performance, compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience administering a clinical program.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Understanding of HIPAA, Federal, State & CARF standards & regulations.
• Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel.
• Strategic thinker capable of recommending alternatives and monitoring results.
• Self-starter who can work autonomously and generate ideas for the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and performance of the OTP clinic.
• Manage OTP clinic operations to budgeted results.
• Participate in hiring, training and evaluation of staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA).
• Develop reports on KPIs and drive census growth and quality patient care.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and QA/QI for performance improvement.
