Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory management, distribution, and transportation processes.
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP, JDE, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments to customers, warehouses, and distribution locations.
• Schedule transportation with approved carriers and logistics providers.
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve transportation issues, delays, and delivery exceptions.
• Ensure priority orders are expedited when necessary.
• Support OTIF targets and provide shipment visibility to internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and export paperwork.
