Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
• +5 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in planning systems; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Experience working with manufacturing teams and understanding production processes.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day supply planning activities, ensuring accurate and timely replenishment across the region.
• Convert demand forecasts into supply plans that balance service, cost, and inventory targets.
• Monitor supply constraints, capacity limitations, and material availability to adjust plans proactively.
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders regarding supply risks and mitigation actions.
• Manage consignment stock levels, safety stock levels, and regional replenishment plans.
• Track inventory health, slow‑moving items, and excess stock to reduce total working capital.
