Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our clinician-led team. The position is PRN with daytime shifts, including weekends, at the Eastgatespring location in Cincinnati, OH.

The COTA will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision, document patient progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs. A state license and NBCOT certification are required or in process; experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License is required; NBCOT Certification is required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
