Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our expanding national footprint. The OTA will implement treatment plans under an OT, document patient progress, and educate patients on home exercises and adaptive equipment.
Qualified candidates hold an OTA associate degree, a current state COTA license, and NBCOT certification; one year of OTA experience is preferred. This on-site role emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration with leadership.
