Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support on-site care at Green Bay Health Services in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You will implement treatment plans under OT supervision and help patients progress through home exercise programs.

The role offers PRN daytime scheduling, with a focus on patient education and adaptive equipment guidance, contributing to a collaborative, therapist-led care team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience as a COTA preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an OT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
